A mall isn't a building — it's a habit, a routine, a small culture of its own. Three malls, three different worlds - but online, they were interchangeable.
People follow a place they feel part of. So instead of one content formula copied three times, we designed three distinct content languages - each shaped by who actually walks through the doors.
Three accounts stopped announcing and started talking. Families, students, young professionals — each mall found its own audience online, because each one finally sounded like itself.

The approach
We treated each mall as its own culture, not a branch of the same brand. We mapped who visits, when, and why - then built a content language to match: tone, format, visual style, even posting rhythm.
One speaks to families and weekends. One lives on student energy and trends. One talks to the after-work crowd. Same city, three different conversations.
